SUMMARY:“Shoot of 2021” – The Fahy/Campbell Memorial Shoot
DESCRIPTION:Dear National Academy Associate: \nOn Friday May 7th\, 2021\, the New York City Division of NY/Eastern Canada Chapter of the FBINAA will host the first “Shoot of 2021” – The Fahy/Campbell Memorial Shoot will be held at the New York City Police Department’s Outdoor Range at Rodman’s Neck in the Bronx.   \nThe day will begin at 08:15 hours with coffee and refreshments in the Urban Tactical Village for sign in\, welcoming\, and opening remarks at 09:00 sharp. Our guest speaker will be retired NYPD Lieutenant and current State Assemblyman Michael Reilly.Michael Reilly – Assembly District 62 |Assembly Member Directory | New York State Assembly (nyassembly.gov) \nAnyone who wishes to participate in the Lt. David Campbell competitive shoot will be able to do so at this event. This year the shoot will be a LIVE fire competition. The range will be available after the presentation for those who would like to shoot. For NYPD members\, this shoot will count toward your 2021-1 Cycle qualification. \nAt the conclusion of the presentation & shoot\, we will adjourn for lunch to Artie’s Steak and Seafood\, located at 394 City Island Avenue\, just over the City Island Bridge. Lunch will begin promptly at 12:00 hours and will be a four course meal with five entrées for selection with beer\, soda and wine included. \nThe John Fahy Memorial Award will be made at that time\, along with 50/50 raffle prizes.Space for the luncheon is LIMTED. So reserve your spot ASAP. \nWe are expecting a large turnout for this presentation so if you would kindly RSVP by registering on the chapter website (  http://www.nysecfbinaa.org/ )\, we can arrange for enough room. Anyone wishing to attend just the luncheon; it will begin at 12:00 hours and run until about 14:30 hours. The cost for the luncheon is $45for current NAA members in good standing. Delinquent members will be required to pay $75 to cover chapter membership and will be verified at the door. \nAnyone just wishing to attend only the presentation and shoot\, it will run from 09:00-11:45 hours.
