Rockland County Police Firearms Training Facility – 2 Short Clove Rd, Haverstraw, NY 10927 (located at

the back of the Tilcon Quarry).

Schedule:

• Registration: 9:00 AM
• Program Start: 10:00 AM (Followed by firearms training and the competitive shoot)

Fees & Registration:

• HR-218 Certification Course: $50.00 (includes lunch). Open to current FBINAA members (with paid dues) and their guests.
• Lunch Only: $25.00

Payment: We strongly encourage advance payment via Zeffy at www.NYSECFBINAA.org. Cash or

check payments will also be accepted on the day of the event.

Action Required:

• Please pre-register with Captain Kevin Quinn by September 16, 2026 at k.quinn@clarkstownpd.org or 845-639-5830.
• Ensure you complete the top portion of the affidavit, as well as the attached waiver and safety form. Please bring all completed forms with you on the day of the event.  THESE FORMS and ZEFFY LINK WILL BE ATTACHED TO EVENT E-MAIL

Lunch:

• Lunch will follow the training and shoot at Norcina’s, 186 N. Main St, New City, NY 10956.

Note to Shooters: Please note that Rockland County officials mandate the use of electronic amplified hearing protection while at the facility. For those who do not possess their own equipment, rental units will be provided by the County for a fee of $5.00 on the day of the event.
